Dr.Stranger has finally begun filming
Starting two days ago, the kid who plays the child version of Park Hoon has begun filming in a primary school in Daejeon, and banners saying ‘Welcome new students, year of 1994’ were seen being hung there. So Park Hoon should be a 1988-er, if he started to attend primary school in 1994.
Also, ‘Doctor Stranger’ was also seen filming in the above location with army tanks and soldiers… I am really wondering about the type of drama that it will turn out to be…
As for Jongsuk, he is expected to start filming in March, which is only a week away. According to the news, he has already begun recovering after taking medicine and resting. :-)

News about Jongsuk's condition
According to this news
released an hour ago, Jongsuk is still not feeling well. His company
said, “Even though we should strive to complete the schedules that has
been planned, but he has not recovered yet. We might come to a decision
[on the RM episode] after seeing his condition tomorrow (21st Feb).”
Although I am an Aussie and would LOVE to see Jongsuk visit my country (not to mention hang out with Rain and Woobin) and be in my favourite Korean variety of all time (!!), his health is way more important here — especially since he’ll be thrown headlong into an extremely busy shooting schedule starting from March.
First, he’ll be flying to Hungary, and according to the some people who have seen the script, there will even be gun/action scenes in Episode 2 of ‘Doctor Stranger’. Remember how much weight he lost for IHYV? Imagine how much more he will lose this time, and let’s not forget that he’ll be the true LEAD actor of this drama. Second, he’s already going to be missing some filming schedules in Korea for ‘DS’ because of being sick and have to make up for those later too…

Kim Woo Bin and Rain Lined up for “Running Man,” Lee Jong Suk’s Appearance Uncertain Due to Swine Flu
The cast of “Running Man” is going to Australia, and they are taking
Kim Woo Bin and Rain with them and, if we’re lucky, Lee Jong Suk too.
It had been previously announced that “Running Man” will film in Australia for a special episode, and singer Rain had been the first celebrity guest to be confirmed for the show. On February 19, the show announced that Kim Woo Bin and Lee Jong Suk will be joining him as the other celebrity guests. The cast and the guests will be leaving for Australia on February 22. This will be an exciting episode as “Running Man” has never filmed outside of Asia before.
However, it was just announced that Lee Jong Suk has come down with the swine flu and will put a temporary halt into his activities. A representative for the actor Lee Jong Suk told Star News, “Since Lee Jong Suk has already been confirmed for the ‘Running Man’ appearance, he is currently receiving treatment for his swine flu. We will be watching his health up to his departure.”
Hopefully, the popular actor will rest and be healthy in time for the shoot.

How dense can you be…
When he came for the costume fitting yesterday night, he was already burning up with fever, I told him to go to the hospital but he insisted that he’ll sleep it off and be fine.
It‘s heartbreaking to see him sitting there like a sick little chick, with the IV drip…
Even when you are so sick, I hear that you kept saying, “I have to be exercising…”, I just…

It seems like Jongsuk is in a good mood today~ There is a choice of Korean beef bibimbap and seafood pasta today. He chose the bibimbap and finished the entire bowl. I was shocked since I thought he was dieting… In the end, he even lifted the bowl and scraped off the last grain of rice; he looked so cute >.< Last time, when he ate congee on the flight to Hong Kong, it seemed more demure~ After he had his coffee, he sat reading his script.
When he came off the plane, he was smiling and chatting with all the Korean fans around him. The fans told him that he did well in the fanmeet, but he turned to them and said (with a cute, nasally voice), “What do you mean, did well? It was all ruined~ >_<” The fans then comforted him, saying that he did his best already, and it was not his fault if it didn’t turn out perfect, you really did well, etc… Hearing that, Jongsuk cheered up a lot.
He knew that there are a lot of fans and media waiting for him outside the gates, so before he went out, he stopped for around 10 seconds, tilting his head and asking fans near him, “Do I look good? Pretty?” The fans kept nodding their heads, “Jongsuk you look so good, your style is jjang!” The kid was so happy to hear those words that he started doing a little dance, shaking his shoulders and arms. When I saw this from the back, I was shocked by all this cute! So cute I want to cry!!!
After he got off the plane, Korean fans rushed up to talk to Jongsuk, and he nicely replied them one by one. One of the fans complained that she almost got stampeded to death at the Skinfood event on the previous day, Jongsuk got a little embarrassed and didn’t answer. Then his company representative said that they were also pushed roughly around during that event. The fan then asked why they went to the event even though they knew it would be like this, the representative shook his head and said they were all surprised that it turned out like that…
The Korean fan then replied that she would go through hell to see Jongsuk, which turned the conversation a little lighter. When they almost got to immigration, Jongsuk suddenly stopped and looked around a little absent-mindedly, “Omo my passport is with my manager! Where is he?!” I almost fainted right there — you have such a large black bad with you but somehow your passport is not in there?? What’s in that bag? Oh right, I remember that you had a large pink tumbler, and was drinking from that on the plane. What were you drinking? ^_^
I didn’t dare stare at him for too long, but I think he was holding a large pink Hello Kitty tumbler. When he lifted it to drink, the large tumbler almost covered his face entirely (his face is so smaaaalll). Pink + fair skin + chestnut-coloured hair, so beautiful that it almost blinded me. *__* Oh, and there were also a few comic books in his bag. He must have hidden it during the [bag search session at] the fanmeet yesterday… but now I caught him red-handed LOL.

Lee Jongsuk sick due to "swine flu"
A whole bunch of news have come out, so to conclude:
On the 18th, he went to get treatment at a hospital in Gangnam, and his representative has informed the public that he will rest and recuperate for a week. “He started feeling ill in the afternoon of the 18th and went immediately to the hospital. He has been diagnosed with the H1N1 flu.”
The hospital also issued a statement, “He is currently under medical treatment at home, there should not be any serious problems.” His schedules with the upcoming drama ‘Doctor Stranger’ will not be affected.
